Your vision is your idea. It is intrinsic to you. It sets out to fix you, to fix something in your life, in your space, affects others and thus, has a ripple effect. With the attainment of that specific vision, change happens. Because of these, we must stay focused on the vision, regardless of the pains of the present moment.
The pains we feel right now will earn us gains if we are able to bear/endure them through to their expiration. For every single pain that we feel, there is a season it must fulfill. This much, we must understand and therefore embrace. It is the reality that attaches us with courage.
The pains we feel in the process are required for the journey to build character in us with which to become great managers of the proceeds we earn. Without character we would be prodigal.
We must understand that the conditions that earned us the vision were tough ones. It was in the search for solutions that these visionary ideas hit us. When they came to us, they gave us a fresh breath and we received renewed energy to forge ahead in life.
We should not expect that the realization of the vision will be easy. How to manifest this vision must be through a plan that we must implement through a consistent process. This strategy is the complete one: We envision. We plan. We implement or execute. Then we manifest and even sustain.
However, keeping ourselves in tune with the realities of the moment and being in the moment as we hustle and labour through the present maze should empower us with the required and continuously recharged courage to win. We cannot negotiate this position downwards.
We do have what it takes, having come this far. We could not have envisioned this and not be equipped with the potentials to actualize it. The potentials may be within us or even outside us. We must therefore learn to wait by seeking the right support mechanism to get us through.
Waiting is not redundance. Waiting does not mean the folding of hands. Waiting is waiting on our toes. It means that we have to be doing the little things at the moment in order to earn the big ones. Waiting thus holds many activities.
Collaboration is the currency of interdependence by which we learn to use resources that are not readily available to us because they do not belong to us but we can use them since they are within reach.
We must have a way of working with others. We must earn the code of cooperation. We must secure this pipeline because nothing is fruitful alone.
Vision is not just enough. We need focus. We need people. We need time. We need courage. We need more. It maybe difficult; but it is not impossible.
